Channels for the transmission of digital impulses in the macro- and meso-economic levels Source: developed by the authors based on [1–7] Thus, the channels for transmitting digital impulses within Ukraine‘s macro- and meso-economic spheres form a multi-level network system in which the outcome of digital modernisation depends on the coherence of the institutional-regulatory, financial-investment, infrastructural and competence-based frameworks. The macroeconomic level generates the framework conditions, standards and resources, whilst the mesoeconomic level determines the depth of their spatial distribution, selection and consolidation within production and cluster structures. In the presence of territorial, infrastructural and human resource asymmetries, digital transmission remains fragmented; therefore, the key task is not merely to scale up individual digital solutions, but to form a coherent, adaptive innovation infrastructure capable of ensuring the systematic transmission of digital impulses across all levels of the economic space [1–7]. This publication was prepared as part of the research project ‗Transmission Models of Digitalisation and Neo-Industrial Renewal of Innovative Infrastructure‘
