50 to the consequences of climate change, including rising sea levels, frequent typhoons, and droughts. For example, the Philippines and Vietnam annually experience destructive typhoons that cause economic losses amounting to billions of dollars. The growth of industrial production, transportation activity, and urbanization increases the level of air and water pollution, creating additional challenges for regional environmental governance. In response to these threats, countries in the region actively implement programs related to renewable energy development, water resource management, and integrated disaster response systems, demonstrating the interconnection between global challenges and regional integration processes [5]. In summary, the Asia-Pacific region demonstrates a unique combination of economic dynamism, security challenges, and environmental problems that stimulate the transformation of the regional system of international relations. Strategic interaction among regional states and the development of integration mechanisms enable the region to effectively respond to global challenges and establish new standards of regional cooperation that may significantly influence the international system as a whole. The analysis of the transformation of regional systems of international relations in the European Union, Eastern Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region demonstrates that global economic, environmental, and security challenges function as universal factors shaping contemporary integration processes. In the European Union, the transformation of the regional system is reflected in the strengthening of economic integration, the implementation of large-scale climate and environmental initiatives such as the European Green Deal, and the reinforcement of security structures in response to geopolitical risks. These measures demonstrate that effective regional coordination enables the mitigation of global challenges and promotes sustainable development. Eastern Europe represents a region where integration processes occur simultaneously with high geopolitical tensions and economic risks. In this region, the
