The state policy in the field of construction and architecture of Ukraine under the conditions of war and the movement towards the European Union has been studied. The current legislative framework, the system of state control, and the main directions of digital transformation of the sector have been outlined. The main difficulties in implementing this policy have been identified, in particular the shortage of specialists, weak competition in procurement, and partial compliance of building standards with European norms. Proposals for its improvement have been formulated with an emphasis on preserving architectural identity and improving the quality of reconstruction processes.
