У клубочках із меншою кількістю клітин мезангію кровоносні капіляри розширені, містять більше крові, а проміжки між петлями кровоносних капілярів більші порівняно з клубочками, у яких реєструвалась більша кількість мезангіоцитів. 4. У проксимальних звивистих канальцях має місце виштовхування ядер частини клітин їхнього епітелію у просвіт. 5. Усі відділи системи збірних канальців вкриті кубічним епітелієм.
