Of particular interest is the storage of low-grade thermal energy in greenhouse complexes, which allows for the reduction of diurnal air temperature fluctuations and decreases energy consumption for heating [1, 2]. The most widely used approaches include sensible heat storage systems, where energy is accumulated through a change in the temperature of a material, and latent heat storage systems, which employ phase change materials (PCMs) to store energy during phase transitions [3, 4].
