27 • ―Laska‖ (clothing reuse social enterprise) – a well-known Ukrainian example of a circular model where clothing is collected, sorted, and resold, reducing textile waste and creating jobs for vulnerable groups. • Recycle / Recycle Ukraine initiatives – projects focused on plastic and secondary material recycling, combining environmental missions with entrepreneurial activity [6]. These cases demonstrate that social enterprises in Ukraine actively integrate circular economy principles through: resource reuse; waste recycling; environmental education; creation of ―green‖ jobs. The prospects for the development of social entrepreneurship in the context of the circular economy are closely linked to several key directions that shape the transition toward a more sustainable economic model. One of the main factors is the integration of sustainable development principles into business models. This means that social enterprises are increasingly combining economic goals with social and environmental responsibilities, focusing on resource efficiency, waste reduction, reuse of materials, and long-term sustainability. Another important direction is the expansion of digital technologies and platforms. Digital tools enable more efficient resource management, transparency in supply chains, and the development of sharing and circular economy models such as reuse, repair, and recycling services. In addition, digitalization helps social enterprises scale their impact and better measure social and environmental outcomes. Strengthening cooperation between government, business, and civil society is also crucial. Such partnerships create conditions for systemic change, where public institutions provide regulatory support, businesses contribute innovation and investment, and civil society ensures social inclusion and community engagement. Social enterprises in this context act as a link between these sectors, helping to address social and environmental challenges more effectively. An additional factor is the development of a culture of responsible consumption. Increasing public awareness about environmental issues and sustainable lifestyles stimulates demand for eco-friendly and socially oriented products and services.
