GRAPHIC MOTION DESIGN: THE INTERACTION TECHNOLOGY AND ARTISTIC EXPRESSION Abstract. This article examines graphic motion design as a synthetic art form emerging at the intersection of visual art and digital technologies. It analyzes the transformation of traditional graphic design in the context of digitalization and the shift from static to dynamic, interactive, and multimedia formats. The main means of expression in motion design are identified, among which movement plays a significant role as a semantic component that shapes the visual narrative and enhances the communicative effect. The technological aspects of creating animated content are examined, particularly the use of software environments such as Adobe After Effects. Special attention is paid to the transformation of the professional role of the graphic designer, who acts as a multimedia artist, visual communicator, and motion scriptwriter. It is argued that graphic motion design is an independent branch of contemporary art that actively influences the formation of visual culture and requires further scientific analysis.
