The article examines the public finance management system of Ukraine, which is the driving force that ensures the existence of the state, finances the development of the country's economic sectors, and supports the stability of the financial system. It is established that its role and significance in the conditions of martial law have increased significantly. The study showed that in the conditions of the Russian-Ukrainian war, the public finance management system has survived. It is emphasized that now, the main task is to further strengthen and develop it.
