The scalability of automated testing in enterprise environments is heavily dependent on the efficiency of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) infrastructures. When dealing with cross-platform desktop applications, the complexity of managing disparate build agents for Windows and macOS often leads to synchronization bottlenecks and prolonged feedback loops. This paper explores advanced strategies for optimizing CI/CD pipelines through intelligent parallelization and dynamic agent management. The study focuses on minimizing execution time by distributing test suites across heterogeneous runner nodes and implementing containerized or virtualized environments for isolated execution. Key aspects of the research include the orchestration of cross-platform test runs, resource allocation optimization, and the integration of automated reporting mechanisms to ensure stable and rapid delivery of software updates across multiple operating systems.
