Ukraine: Similar to Armenia, Ukraine faces the challenges of a transitional phase; however, the accelerated pace of European integration facilitates a more rapid adaptation of Western ethical standards and norms. Empirical analysis of leading Armenian enterprises corroborates that the accumulation of ethical capital is not an incidental occurrence but a result of systematic managerial efforts. Nevertheless, transitioning ethical principles from a theoretical dimension to an operational framework necessitates the implementation of specific institutionalization mechanisms. Drawing upon our proposed model and case study findings, we present an Ethical Risk Assessment Matrix as a practical recommendation for the business sector (table 2)․ Table 2․ Ethical Risk Assessment Matrix This instrument empowers firms to exercise proactive management by identifying potential ethical misalignments before they manifest as financial losses.
