16 financial institutions, especially in projects with high technological potential, such as the SPC project under study. It is also necessary to implement an internal financial control system for innovation projects that would ensure transparent cost planning, regular monitoring of their implementation, and strategy adjustments as needed, and to apply methods for assessing the economic efficiency of innovation projects—calculating key financial indicators (such as NPV, IRR, and payback period) to make investment decisions based on clear risk and return criteria. Thus, improving the mechanism for managing the financing of an enterprise’s innovative activities is a key factor in ensuring its sustainable development and strengthening its competitiveness in today’s business environment. The analysis conducted allows us to conclude that an effective system for financing innovation requires a comprehensive approach that combines the rational use of internal resources, the attraction of external investments, and the implementation of modern financial instruments. The formation of a balanced structure of funding sources helps reduce dependence on bank loans and increase the enterprise’s financial stability and flexibility. It is important to emphasize that Ukraine’s experience in restructuring and adapting the processes for mobilizing investment resources to finance innovative technologies should serve as a model for other countries to follow in the future. Given the geopolitical instability in the Middle East and rising tensions in other regions, the achievements of Ukrainian practices could serve as a solid foundation for other economies.
