The aim of the study was to evaluate the effect of β-adrenoblocker (β- AB) and calcium channel blocker (CCB) therapy on clinical and metabolic parameters in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and arterial hypertension (AH). The study included 60 patients aged 40–65 years with chronic CHD and grade II AH.
