The article summarizes current scientific data on the adaptive mechanisms of the blood system, cellular resistance and immunological reactivity of young futsal players in the context of sports selection. It is shown that systematic physical loads in futsal cause complex functional changes in the body, involving the erythrocytic, leukocytic and thrombocytic links of the blood system, mechanisms of nonspecific defense, cellular stability and specific immune response. It has been established that the stability of hematological parameters, a high level of cellular resistance and balanced immunological reactivity reflect the effectiveness of adaptive processes and may be considered important biological criteria of sports prospects in young futsal players.
