Effective hybrid analysis of financial offers requires the collection of diverse and heterogeneous data. Multiple data providers offer varying subsets of information with differing levels of accessibility, structure, and completeness, which complicates their unified use in financial analytics. This paper addresses the scientific and applied problem of collecting, integrating, and normalizing data on Ukrainian domestic government bonds (OVDP) from heterogeneous sources, including banks and brokers. Each bond could be interpreted as a financial offer characterized by parameters and market conditions. An MCP-based server is developed to orchestrate data acquisition and processing, addressing challenges related to missing data, inconsistent formats, and limited access. Keywords: oVDP, data collection, financial analytics, MCP server, web scraping. 1. Introduction
