52 governmental organizations lies in flexibility, targeted assistance, and the ability to respond quickly to new demands arising in wartime conditions. Their contribution to the psycho-emotional recovery of children through specialized resilience programs and art therapy studios is particularly significant. A distinct institutional innovation of recent years is the network of Resilience Centers operating since 2024 within the state program ―Podolannia‖ [3]. In the Cherkasy region, the Resilience Center functions within the Cherkasy City Center of Social Services, serving as an integration point for various types of assistance to military families. At the municipal level, a special place is occupied by the Comprehensive Program ―Turbota‖ for the social support of defenders of state sovereignty and independence of Ukraine and members of their families — residents of the city of Cherkasy for 2026–2030, which provides for children from combat- participant families free meals, subsidized health-improvement vouchers, psychological support, and targeted financial assistance. A special place in the support system is occupied by the educational sphere — general secondary education institutions and their psychological services. The school is a space where a child spends a significant part of their time, which allows specialists to observe their condition daily, respond in a timely manner, and provide support in a familiar environment. The activities of the school psychological service are regulated by the Regulation on the Psychological Service in the Education System of Ukraine, approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 509 of 22 May 2018. Socio-pedagogical support is implemented through the interaction of the practical psychologist, social pedagogue, class teachers, and inclusive-resource centers, as well as through national mental health programs, in particular ―How are you?‖. The analysis carried out makes it possible to conclude that the effectiveness of the system of social service providers for children of combat participants in Ukraine is ensured by the interaction of the state, civic, international, and educational sectors, each of which performs specific functions: the state guarantees basic legal and financial protection, civic organizations ensure flexibility and targeted assistance,
