To correspond functions of the particular organization both on the professional and social level is the key point for its proper functioning. Individual manifestations of a personnel behaviour form a particular human environment which impacts both the moral and results of professional activity. Besides, this creates the valuable aspect as secure functioning of any organization, with the view of these abovementioned aspects. With this, each kind of professional activity needs correspondence of its participants’ propensity for the particular activity peculiarities and tasks. All this stipulates the need for study of personal characteristics for the purpose of forming of professional communities the most optimal in their characteristics and apt to the mission of the particular organization. To see properly personality`s features and emotional condition is the essential tool for management and indispensable results achievement. It is needed both in the daily activity and diverse circumstances, including extreme conditions like military service and its challenges [1]. Human emotions form emotive state and are inherent to a human being in particular period and circumstances. Emotions are psychophysiological phenomena that is characterized by change of vegetative parameters (arterial pressure, heart muscle contraction frequency etc.) and psycho motor apparatus (mimics, pantomimic, movement reactions, voice) [2, p. 221]. Emotions are qualified as ―psycho process that proceed in experience form and reflect personal value and internal and external states evaluation for human life activity‖. Subjectivity is the principal characteristic of emotions. Emotion is a human evaluation reaction to particular situations (real or possible). Emotions and mental state are related closely: their integrative functions aid human to react as an entire entity to a situation and surrounding impacts, integrating its moral, psycho and body aspects in one entity.
