The article examines the innovative and financial determinants of the development of Ukraine‘s food industry in the context of European integration processes. It has been established that the transformation of the external environment, wartime challenges, structural imbalances, and adaptation to European Union standards create new requirements for the functioning of food industry enterprises. The necessity of intensifying innovation and investment activities as a key prerequisite for ensuring the competitiveness of the industry has been substantiated.
