The problems of legal translation in the field of bank relations lie in the difficulty of achieving equivalence between the original and the translation, as there are differences between the legislation of the country and terminology. At the same time, the text of the original and the translation should be, equal understandable in case of both source text and translation taking into account the legal system of certain country. Scientific publications of such representatives of Ukrainian science as O.O. Odintsova, I.Yu. Mishchenko, L.V. Bilohorka, T.E. Naberezhnieva, O.G. Kostenko, N.O. Ryabokin, and other became the scientific base of this research. The objective of this research lies in highlighting of the actual problems of the legal translation in the field of bank relations, substantiation of problem-solving proposals and recommendations towards development of the branch of legal translation in the field of bank relations. Main body . The main tasks in legal translation in the field of banking relations lie in guarantee of the completeness and accuracy of translation from the source text without distortions. This idea is shared by Ukrainian science, because terminology in this field ―is characterized by a large number of synonyms. The term can have one or a number of literal meanings, which complicates its adequate translation into other languages without distortion of the sense of the word‖ [1, p.183]. To solve this problem, translator needs to have a good command of both the source and target language, as well as to know the specifics of terminology in the banking sector. It should be noted that current banking legal relations are overburdened as a result of adaptation and implementation of foreign legislation. All this in its turn complicates an adequate translation into Ukrainian language as it further complicates the process of adaptation and implementation, correct usage of the adapted and implemented norms. This problem can be solved by hiring highly qualified translators, who are authorities in the banking sector. The main obstacle to achieving this goal is the confidential status of banking texts, and therefore inaccessibility for a wide range of translators [3, p.95]. The next actual problem of legal translation in the field of banking relations is the polysemy of terms; therefore, the correct translation of such texts is the key to successful legal decisions [4, p.226]. Thus, the quality of the translation of terms depends on the translator's ability to overcome translation difficulties, taking into account such phenomena as ambiguity, including the phenomena of paronymy, euphemisms, lack of equivalents, neologisms, including the difficulties in time of translating terms and definitions, ideas and concepts created by foreign science. Another actual problem is new terms and new concepts for Ukrainian banking legislation, for example, escrow, cryptocurrency, goodwill, acquiring, mining, cashback, crowdfunding, startup, blockchain, token, the search of their Ukrainian equivalents is continuing and contributes to the development and preservation of the Ukrainian language's identity. It should also be taken into account that the English language is constantly replenished with new words, which also require adequate translation. The prevailing opinion in Ukrainian science that ―the most common ways of translating English neologisms into Ukrainian are transcription/transliteration, calking, descriptive translation, direct inclusion, approximate translation‖ [2, p.100] should be supplemented by the fact that equivalent replacement of borrowed words without calking using the principle of euphony enriches the Ukrainian language. Conclusions . Actual problems of legal translation in the field of banking relations are caused by the confidential nature of banking texts, the lack of Ukrainian terms- equivalent to foreign ones, etc. All these problems can be overcomed by centralized creation of English-Ukrainian terminological bases, updating and development of existing dictionaries in the field of banking relations. It should also be emphasized that the
