7 the other hand, weak institutional coordination, political instability and infrastructure constraints reduce the efficiency of using these opportunities. It is the combination of supporting and stimulating factors that determines the main directions of the further transformation of Ukraine‘s economic diplomacy (Fig. 2). Fig. 2. Directions for the development of Ukraine’s economic diplomacy* *Compiled by the author based on sources [1] The proposed model reflects the logic behind the formation of Ukraine‘s modern economic diplomacy system, which is designed to operate in complex geopolitical conditions and ensure the state‘s long-term competitiveness. Its structure is built on the principle of an ‗architectural pyramid‘, where each element plays a system-forming role. These areas reflect the systemic interaction between the country‘s economic diplomacy and economic security, aimed at establishing a sustainable development model in the context of global instability [5]. The strengthening of Ukraine‘s economic diplomacy is possible provided through the harmonisation of the institutional framework, the gradual development of its instruments, and effective decision-making in response to geopolitical trends. This allows economic diplomacy to be transformed into an extremely effective instrument of foreign policy and international integration. Thus, in the context of a full-scale war, economic diplomacy has become one of the key instruments for the survival and adaptation of the Ukrainian economy. It is precisely thanks to active diplomatic efforts – expanding trade partnerships, establishing alternative logistics, mobilising financial support and strengthening cooperation with international organisations – that Ukraine has managed to stabilise its foreign trade, partially restore national exports and attract large-scale financial assistance. The accumulated experience of economic diplomacy (trade alliances, participation in international organisations, the creation of free trade zones) and the trust of partners have formed the basis of the state‘s resilience in the face of crisis. International agreements, a positive image and the development of specific export sectors create a favourable foundation for strengthening the state‘s international position. At the same time, weak institutional coordination, political instability and limited infrastructure hinder the realisation of this potential. The further development of economic diplomacy requires the harmonisation of the institutional framework, the modernisation of tools and strategic adaptation to global changes, which will enable it to become an effective mechanism for ensuring Ukraine‘s economic security and competitiveness.
