18 лютого до обласної наукової бібліотеки завітали студенти з Індії, які навчаються на ІІ курсі медичного інституту ЧДУ імені Петра Могили. Залучення цих студентів до бібліотеки є одним з перспективних шляхів розширення кола читачів.

Учасники заходу ознайомилися з історією бібліотеки та сектору, умовами запису до бібліотеки та правилами користування, з довідковим апаратом бібліотеки та можливостями пошуку інформації. Увазі   студентів-медиків були запропоновані сучасні вітчизняні видання для вивчення української мови іноземцями та спеціалізовані медичні видання англійською мовою за профілем навчання, що допоможуть розширити можливості студентів-іноземців у процесі оволодіння українською мовою та вирішенні освітніх  завдань.

Presentation of library resources and services

On February 18, students from India attending the second year of the Petro Mohyla Black Sea State Medical University visited the regional scientific library. The visit of these students to the library is one of the promising ways to expand the range of readers.

The participants of the event got acquainted with the history of the library and the sector, the conditions of writing to the library and the rules of use, with the help of the library apparatus and the possibilities of finding information. The attention of medical students was offered by modern Ukrainian editions for the study of the Ukrainian language by foreigners and specialized medical editions in the English language by the study profile, which will help to increase the opportunities of the foreign students in the process of mastering the Ukrainian language and solving educational problems.
