15 грудня у центрі «Вікно в Америку» відбулася перша зустріч у рамках ІІ раунду Жіночого кар’єрного клубу, ініційованого Американським домом у м. Києві.
Учасниці познайомилися з фасилітаторкою клубу та добрим другом центру і бібліотеки Зоєю Кучеревою, із книгою Ранії Андерсен та визначили правила ефективного спілкування під час зустрічей. Також Зоя озвучила правила, які прописані у книзі Ранії Андерсен, порадила на що звертати увагу, як працювати з робочим зошитом.
Жінки, які зібралися, були різні за професіями і поглядами. У нашій групі психолог, викладач англійської мови, сервіс-менеджер, програміст тощо. Але усі вони активні, відповідальні, прагнуть розвивати лідерські та професійні навички та змінити своє життя.
Одна з учасниць попереднього раунду Жіночого кар`єрного клубу Альона Колодко спеціально до цього заходу записала відео, в якому вона розповіла про зміни, що сталися у її житті після участі у клубі.
Сподіваємося, що дана зустріч стане поштовхом до змін у житті наших учасниць, а про перші результати ми дізнаємося під час другої зустрічі.
Start of the ІІ round of Women's Career Club!
On December 15, the Window on America Center held the first meeting of ІІ round of the Women's Career Club, initiated by the American House in Kyiv.
Today the participants got acquainted with the club's facilitator and a good friend of the center and the library Zoya Kuchereva, with Rania Andersen's book and defined the rules of effective communication during the meetings. Zoya voiced the rules outlined in Rania Andersen’s book, advised on what aspects to pay attention and how to work with an exercise book.
Participating women are different in professions and attitudes. There are a psychologist, English teacher, service manager, programmer and others in our group. But they are all active, responsible and strive to develop leadership and professional skills, change their lives.
One of the participants in the preliminary round of the Women's Career Club, Alona Kolodko, specifically for this event, recorded a video in which she told about the changes in her life after participating in the club.
We hope that this meeting and the club will become the impetus for changes in the lives of our participants, and we will learn about the first changes in a month, during the second meeting.
