This article examines the system of channels for transmitting digital impulses within Ukraine‘s macro- and meso-economic levels.. It identifies the key macro-level circuits: the information-digital circuit, the financial-investment circuit, the institutional-platform circuit, and the human capital formation circuit. The spatial asymmetries of digital transformation at the community and regional levels are analysed. The need to develop an adaptive innovation infrastructure to overcome the fragmentation of digital development is substantiated.
