92 vigorously for 1 min. The resulting mixture was centrifuged for 2 min at 8000 rpm. The resulting supernatant was passed through a syringe filter with a pore diameter of 0.45 μm, after which 1 ml of acetonitrile extract was transferred into vials and analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC-FLD and HPLC- DAD). The validation of the method was carried out according to the indicators of selectivity, linearity, precision, as well as the limits of detection (LOD) and quantification (LOQ). The study of recovery (R, %) on typical soils of Ukraine demonstrated high extraction efficiency – from 65.90% to 109.05%. To increase the accuracy of interpretation of complex chromatograms and peak deconvolution, open software based on Python (hplc-py package) was used. This allowed to automate signal processing and ensure reliable identification of components in the most contaminated samples. Thus, the method developed by the authors for the determination of surfactants in soils provides a significant reduction in the duration of analysis and simplification of the extraction procedure compared to classical standards, such as DSTU ISO 13877:2005 and DIN EN 17503:2022. The implementation of the optimized protocol allows to reduce the cost of research while ensuring high selectivity and effective elimination of matrix interferences. The use of modern IT tools for data processing guarantees the accuracy of quantitative determination even in complex environmental objects, which makes the method promising for widespread implementation in the practice of environmental monitoring.
