123 Conclusion. The curriculum "Oral and Written Communication in Ukrainian and a Foreign Language for Professional Purposes" for training healthcare doctoral candidates at Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine represents a model of integrated language education in the health and life sciences. This programme is based on a competence-based paradigm aligned with the National Qualifications Framework and includes a detailed framework of nine specific communicative competences; each defined in terms of knowledge, skills, communication, autonomy, and responsibility. The course covers all key aspects of professional communication for a healthcare researcher, from making diagnoses and delivering bad news to scientific presentations and publication activities. The bilingual nature of the curriculum (Ukrainian as the state language and English as the language of international scientific communication) ensures the development of a competent professional capable of effective engagement in both national and global research environments. Promising avenues include adapting the curriculum to distance and blended learning and developing a digital resource package. REFERENCES: 1.
