The article examines contemporary challenges in the reform of land relations in Ukraine, particularly within urban areas characterized by multi-apartment housing development. Special attention is given to the application of Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) and Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) technology as essential tools for ensuring cadastral data accuracy.
