The article examines contemporary challenges in the reform of land relations in Ukraine, particularly within urban areas characterized by multi-apartment housing development. Special attention is given to the application of Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) and Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) technology as essential tools for ensuring cadastral data accuracy. The advantages of satellite measurements over classical geodetic methods are emphasized, together with the limitations caused by multipath effects in dense urban environments.
