In addition to the purely technical aspect, the legal weight of the obtained coordinates is of great importance. The formation of electronic XML files for the State Land Cadastre based on GNSS data minimizes the so-called "human factor". This allows you to avoid technical errors and overlapping of sites that could remain unnoticed in these archives for years. Accurate geospatial reference is, first and foremost, about protecting the rights of residents. When every square meter of the adjacent territory has clear coordinates, any attempts at illegal development or "spot" construction on the sites become legally impossible. Another promising direction is the integration of survey results into GIS systems and digital models of cities. This allows you to create a 3D cadastre, where the land plot is considered not as a flat figure, but as a three-dimensional object with all networks and restrictions. ―The economic efficiency of this approach is evident: the time required for preparing documentation is reduced severalfold, while the costs of field work decrease due to the possibility of conducting the survey with a single operator. As a result, the use of GNSS in modern land management represents a pathway to a transparent and contemporary urban space management system, where measurement accuracy serves as the principal guarantor of law and order in land relations.
