Epidemiological Significance and Paradigm of Recovery in Hodgkin's Lymphoma and Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL) are characterized by consistently high rates of morbidity, but modern chemotherapy and immunotherapy protocols have made significant progress in achieving complete. Due to the increase in the number of cancer survivors, the problem of the "cost of treatment" - the quality of life and long-term consequences of aggressive treatment - comes to the fore. It is assumed that the use of a personalized protocol of dosed physical activity, adapted to the phases of the chemotherapy cycle, will allow a statistically significant reduction in the severity of the CRF syndrome (Cancer-Related Fatigue) and shorten the time to restore the body's functional reserves compared to standard recommendations for the general regimen, without stimulating complications from the body's vital systems [7]. Despite the availability of general recommendations, there is a shortage of personalized physical activity programs that take into account chemotherapy cycles, levels of hematological toxicity and the risk of lymphostasis. This determines the need to systematize exercises and find a "therapeutic window" of load for this group of patients. Physical activity is an important element of rehabilitation in Hodgkin's lymphoma and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, helping to reduce fatigue, improve sleep
