313 and reduce side effects of therapy. However, during the period of active treatment and in the first six months after it, there are strict restrictions on the intensity of loads. Keywords: hodgkin lymphoma, non-Hodgkin lymphomas, physical rehabilitation, quality of life, cancer fatigue syndrome (CRF). The relevance of this topic is due to the following key factors : 1) One of the problems is cancer fatigue syndrome (CRF), which is the most common side effect (up to 90% of patients), which persists for several years after the end of therapy. The treatment approach, focused on rest, does not significantly help in the recovery of the body after treatment cycles, since physical inactivity increases muscle atrophy and cognitive impairment. Physical activity in this context is considered as a pathogenetically justified method of correcting energy metabolism. Fatigue in lymphoma is not ordinary fatigue, it does not go away after sleep and rest. Studies show that, paradoxically, it is moderate physical activity, and not rest, that is the most effective non-drug way to combat this fatigue[1, 5]. Exercise improves oxygen delivery to tissues and increases overall endurance. 2) Stimulation of lymphatic drainage and detoxification. Unlike the circulatory system, the lymphatic system does not have its own ―pump‖ (heart). Lymph moves only due to skeletal muscle contraction and deep breathing. In lymphomas, when lymph nodes are affected or removed, and chemotherapy creates a high toxic load, physical exercises are critically important for: – Acceleration of the excretion of tumor decay products and chemotherapy drugs; – Prevention of lymphostasis (edema); – Improvement of muscle tone. 3) Correction of specific complications of therapy. The relevance of the study is due to the need to level specific toxic effects: – Cardiotoxicity: a number of drugs and radiation therapy increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases. Dosed aerobic exercise is a factor of cardioprotection.
