This paper examines the fundamental methods for the effective neutralization of guided aerial bombs (GABs) in the context of modern warfare. It analyzes the operational characteristics of precision-guided munitions, including their tactical advantages and the specific threats they pose to both military assets and civilian infrastructure. Key vectors of counteraction are identified, including the reinforcement of air defense systems, the employment of electronic warfare (EW) assets, the destruction of carrier aircraft and enemy logistics infrastructure, as well as the implementation of engineering protection and camouflage, concealment, and deception (CCD). Particular attention is devoted to the role of early warning systems and automated information exchange. The study concludes that the effective countering of guided aerial bombs is achievable only through a comprehensive, multi-layered approach that integrates advanced technologies, the synchronization of defense forces, and the continuous refinement of countermeasure capabilities.
