The first vector targeted an audience consisting of Russian citizens residing within the territory of the Russian Federation. For instance, this vector of propaganda began to be actively used even prior to the annexation of Crimea in 2014 [1, p. 68]. In addition, this vector of propaganda continues to be implemented in the temporarily occupied territories [2, p. 65-67], as well as among individuals who share pro- Russian politics in neighboring Russian-speaking countries. The second vector covers the propaganda circulated within Ukraine and targeted for the citizens of Ukraine. For this vector, Russian disinformation extensively employs the manipulation of facts and emotions, trying to exaggerate existing problems in Ukraine. The spread of disinformation is facilitated by the conditions of the modern information environment – access to the Internet, social networks [3, p. 49].
