251 — optimisation of the lipid profile with a decrease in TC (−27.7%, p<0.001) and LDL (−28.3%, p<0.001), and an increase in HDL (+55.4%, p<0.001). The noted tendency toward a decrease in UA (−4.1%, p>0.2) and a slight positive change in LVEF (+1.2%, p>0.5) was maintained. Thus, β-AB exerts a stronger effect on HR, CCBs demonstrate a more pronounced reduction in SBP and DBP, and both groups positively influence the lipid profile, showing a tendency toward positive changes in UA and LVEF. Conclusions 1. Comprehensive therapy (statins, aspirin, ACE inhibitors combined with β- adrenoblockers or calcium channel blockers) in patients with combined CHD and AH ensures a statistically significant improvement in the main haemodynamic and metabolic parameters — reduction of HR, SBP, DBP, TC, and LDL levels, and an increase in HDL. 2. β-adrenoblockers have a pronounced effect on HR (−13.2%, p<0.005), contribute to a moderate reduction in blood pressure (SBP −7.3%, p<0.001), and improve the lipid profile (TC −24.8%, LDL −28.6%, HDL +66.9%, p<0.001). These effects indicate a reduction of sympathetic activity, decreased metabolic load on the heart, and a potential anti-ischaemic effect. 3. Calcium channel blockers exert a more potent blood pressure-lowering effect (SBP −14.3%, DBP −6.3%, p<0.001 and p<0.005, respectively), while providing comparable improvement of lipid metabolism (TC −27.7%, LDL −28.3%, HDL +55.4%, p<0.001). This indicates their effectiveness in controlling vascular tone and preventing atherosclerotic changes. 4. In both groups, a tendency toward a decrease in UA levels was observed (β- AB −6.5%, CCB −4.1%), which may be related to the improvement of purine metabolism, reduction of oxidative stress, and vascular inflammation. 5. LVEF remained stable within normal limits, indicating preserved myocardial pump function during the therapy.
