The obtained data confirm the feasibility of an individualised selection of antianginal therapy, taking into account the predominant effect of β-AB on HR and sympathetic tone, and of CCBs — on vascular resistance and blood pressure. Prospects for Further Research Further research will involve expanding the sample and including an assessment of the effect of therapy on electrocardiographic parameters for a comprehensive evaluation of treatment efficacy.
