283 The obtained results reflect a higher level of functional stability of the muscular apparatus and adaptation to systematic physical loads in adolescents engaged in futsal. For a clearer presentation of the peculiarities of strength preparedness of the studied groups, the results are shown in Figure 3. Fig. 3. Indicators of strength preparedness in futsal players and non-athletes aged 13–14 years An important scientific aspect is that the coefficients of variation in futsal players were lower in most tests compared with non-athletes. This indicates greater homogeneity of the group, stability of functional characteristics, and a higher level of adaptive coordination of motor functions formed under the influence of systematic training activity. Conclusions Thus, the results of the study confirm that systematic futsal training at the age of 13–14 years contributes to the comprehensive development of speed, coordination, speed-strength, and strength qualities, ensuring the formation of a more effective structural and functional organization of motor activity.
