282 Analysis of speed-strength indicators also confirmed the superiority of futsal players. In particular, the standing long jump results in futsal players were 205.52±1.74 cm, significantly exceeding the indicators of non-athletes — 187.01±3.96 cm (p<0.001). Similar regularities were found in the vertical jump test — 32.86±0.84 cm versus 28.05±1.25 cm, respectively (p<0.05). Graphical analysis of speed-strength characteristics confirms a higher level of explosive strength development and neuromuscular interaction efficiency in futsal players (Fig. 2). Fig. 2. Indicators of speed-strength preparedness in futsal players and non- athletes aged 13–14 years During the assessment of strength preparedness, it was established that futsal players also demonstrated significantly better results in tests characterizing strength endurance of the upper shoulder girdle and trunk muscles. In particular, the number of push-ups in futsal players was 28.98±0.71 repetitions, whereas in non-athletes it was 20.09±1.33 repetitions (p<0.01). In the sit-up test performed for 30 seconds, the indicators were 24.85±0.63 and 22.00±1.19 repetitions, respectively (p<0.01).
