The thesis examines the basic rules of public behavior during wartime emergency situations. The peculiarities of citizens‘ actions during air raid alerts, artillery shelling, detection of explosive objects, and evacuation measures are analyzed. Attention is focused on preparing the population for actions in crisis situations, assembling an ―emergency bag,‖ observing information security rules, and providing first aid to victims. The importance of increasing public awareness regarding safe behavior under martial law conditions is emphasized.
