The paper forms a comprehensive methodological approach to the express diagnostics of insolvency probability for food industry enterprises under martial law and fiscal pressure. Based on a comparative analysis of Altman, Lis, and Tereshchenko econometric models, the financial standing of PrAT "Firma "Poltavpyvo" for the 2023–2025 period was verified. Key endogenous risk factors were identified, including the outrunning growth of operating expenses and accounts receivable. A preventive matrix of critical indicators for early warning of financial crisis has been developed to stabilise the institutional framework of the business.
