Introduction The contemporary architectonics of the functioning of food industry entities in Ukraine, specifically its brewing segment, unfolds under conditions of unprecedented military and economic instability, deepening logistical constraints, and an increased fiscal burden due to the turning destabilisation of excise policy. Under such circumstances, the development and implementation of systems for the early identification of financial destructions shift from routine operational tasks to a fundamental prerequisite for maintaining the economic security and capitalisation of a business [1]. Preventive monitoring of solvency parameters minimises the threat of a sudden loss of market positions by industrial producers [2]. Empirical studies confirm that the intensification of external military threats requires an immediate reshaping of the classic tools of anticrisis management [3]. The scientific and methodological basis of the study relies on the integration of multiple discriminant analysis (MDA) quantitative models and classical ratio analysis of liquidity and autonomy. PrAT "Firma "Poltavpyvo" was selected as the object of verification — a producer with over a 34-year market lag of activity, which allows for evaluating the adaptability of crisis prediction models to the transformations of the real sector during the 2023–2025 period [8]. Empirical Analysis of Financial and Economic Activity The financial and economic monitoring conducted on the resource and result dimensions of the enterprise's activity captures highly contradictory development trends under the ongoing impact of exogenous shocks. A comprehensive systemic decomposition of key balance sheet metrics and operational performance indicators of the object of verification is formally consolidated and detailed within Table 1.
