196 The next problem of metaphoricity is that "figurativeness induces to associations and is inherent not only to commonly used units, professional lexemes, but also to terms, however, it reveals itself only at the stage of its creation and in the initial periods of terminology formation" [3, p.174]. This means that in the course of time the content of the metaphor will change and acquire new forms and meanings. According to Ukrainian science, "It would be impossible to create any scientific language, in particular its terminological system, and also to protect the latter from destruction without metaphorization" [4, p. 59]. The next actual problem of metaphoricity is adequate translation from the source language to the target language. ―In time of translation financial and economic documents, the possibility of absolutely complete and accurate transmission of the content of the source text is limited mainly due to differences in language systems and different traditions of designating concepts that have developed in each language.‖ [2, p. 183]. It is also worth emphasizing that there are differences in legal culture, and observance of style in certain cases contradicts logic. The next actual problem of metaphoricity is the lack of unified dictionary containing definitions of all metaphorical terms and the lack of the possibility of immediate updating of this dictionary cause the problem of the lack of an unambiguous interpretation of metaphorical terms. According to Ukrainian scientists, ―the non-absolute codification of metaphorical terms leads to the conclusions: 1. they often ―fade away‖ or ―die‖, not getting into dictionaries; 2. in order to be added to the dictionary, they must go through the following stages: a) penetration into the terminological system; b) formation of stable definitions; c) their mastering; d) lexicographic description in terminological dictionaries‖ [3, p. 177]. Conclusions . The development of science leads to the arrival of new terms and definitions, enriching scientific language. Metaphoricity is a powerful technique for transfer the meaning of new terms and definitions, which should be used with
