Prof. Technical University in Zvolen Slovakia STAKEHOLDER’S PERSPECTIVES ON INNOVATION TRENDS IN EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF STUDENTS IN THE FIELD OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND GREEN ECONOMY Abstract. The article deals with the issue of implementing innovative trends in the field of green economy into education and training of students for the needs of the labor market in the field of project management and innovation management. The main objective of the paper is to identify and analyze the attitudes of key stakeholders towards the introduction of green professions and the development of ecological skills using Q-methodology. The study revealed three different attitudinal factors: ―Skeptical pragmatists‖, who perceive green transformation as a bureaucratic burden, ―Ecological visionaries and progressives‖, for whom greening is a driver of innovation and a tool for retaining talent, and ―Passive transformers‖, who pragmatically fulfill ESG standards by retraining current employees in order to stay in supply chains. The results emphasize the need for Integration of selected aspects of the green economy into the teaching of project management and innovation management.
