250 ―Skeptical Pragmatists‖ see ecological measures mainly as a bureaucratic burden and condition their implementation on state subsidies, ―Ecological Visionaries‖ identify them as an engine for innovation and a key tool for retaining young talent. The middle ground is represented by ―Passive Transformers‖, who pragmatically meet ESG standards by retraining current employees in order to maintain their position in supply chains. For the academic sector, this implies the need to flexibly innovate education for the needs of practice, focusing on integrating the principles of the green economy into the teaching process. The integration of project management with practical aspects of the green economy is the key to preparing graduates capable of realistically supporting the sustainability and competitiveness of Slovak enterprises in the ongoing transformation.
