249 This progressive stance logically complements the absolute disagreement with statement S10 (-2), whereby this group strongly rejects the view that the green economy is only a temporary political one. They consider ecological professions to be full-fledged and stable, which they also declare by their disagreement with statement S13 (-1), according to which these positions should bring lower economic security for employees. Factor C: ―Passive transformers‖ A characteristic feature of ―passive transformers‖ is the effort to comply with external pressures with minimal risk and cost. This confirms their absolute agreement with statement S12 (+2) – they do not plan to create new, separate green positions, but rather rely on the transformation and retraining of their existing employees. However, they are aware of the inevitability of this trend, which confirms their agreement with statement S16 (+1), which assumes that green skills will be a mandatory industry standard for almost every position within ten years. A deeper look at the entire structure of the Q-sort reveals important points of intersection and polarization between individual groups of entrepreneurs. Statement S10 can be considered a key statement. Regardless of whether it is a skeptic from the production hall (Factor A) or a visionary from a technology startup (Factor B), everyone placed this statement in negative values. Thus, there is a rare consensus in the Slovak business environment that the transition to a green economy is important and will be characteristic of the coming period. All actors are aware that this is a permanent reality of the market. The difference lies solely in their strategic response. Visionaries proactively integrate the green issue into their business, unlike pragmatists, who realize that they will eventually have to adapt to it, which is also confirmed by the strongest distinguishing statement S4 (moral and social responsibility regardless of profit). Conclusion The presented study using Q-methodology revealed that Slovak entrepreneurs do not perceive the green economy as a temporary political trend, but as a permanent market reality.
