The paper investigates the theoretical, methodological, and practical foundations of developing a strategic management system for eco-innovations as a dominant factor in ensuring the economic, innovative, and technological security of business entities under digitalization. Relying on the synergetic approach and the theory of nonlinear dynamics, the concept of controlled chaos in organizational management is substantiated. A retrospective correlation analysis of eco-innovative activities in industry is conducted, and institutional barriers to production regeneration are identified. The architecture of a company's innovative potential and comprehensive levers for stimulating eco-innovations based on the adaptation of advanced international experience are proposed.
