33 subsequent trajectories emerges, varying from destruction and bankruptcy to transitioning to a higher level of strategic resilience [3]. Another crucial element of this concept is the innovation attractor. Any breakthrough, radical innovative decision acts as an innovation attractor capable of abruptly changing market conditions and drawing financial, material, and intellectual resources into its area of attraction. The mathematical description of the system's movement within the attractor's basin of attraction is carried out via matrices of nonlinear differential equations, where the stability or instability of the economic flow is determined by the sign of the system matrix's eigenvalues [3]. From the perspective of synergetic, chaos engineering and antifragility are also considered. Relying on modern concepts of nonlinear development, it is proved that adaptive companies are capable of gaining strategic advantages from short-term stressors due to the overcompensation effect [5]. Chaos engineering is proposed as a strategic management tool, involving planned, strictly controlled "injections of chaos" into the internal business processes of a company to test its flexibility and prepare it for a seamless shift in technological paradigms [3]. The mathematical instrument for implementing such control is the OGY method (Ott–Grebogi–York) method, which relies on stabilizing the unstable periodic orbits of a chaotic attractor via slight, targeted adjustments of management parameters. This allows the system to be maintained within a desired trajectory without radically disrupting its core architecture [4]. The perception of such nonlinear changes by personnel requires the implementation of modern management paradigms, particularly concepts based on an evolutionary purpose and self-organization [6]. This is joined by the flexible Agile methodology, where responsiveness to change and direct human interaction are prioritized over rigid adherence to initial plans [3].
