Effective counteraction to destructive external shocks is possible only through a detailed consideration of the innovation potential architecture, which spans resource, internal, and result-oriented components. Developing this potential allows for neutralizing the management system's innovation-security paradox, ensuring the enterprise's transition to a higher level of innovative, technological, and economic security. 4. To stimulate eco-innovative activity in Ukraine, it is necessary to adapt successful global experience in administrative and economic regulation, including instruments of accelerated depreciation for cleaning equipment, differentiated taxation of environmental capital, and the implementation of mechanisms for ecological debt conversion. 5. Further solutions are required for developing a applied mathematical apparatus of nonlinear differential equations to accurately predict an enterprise's movement trajectory at bifurcation points during controlled "injections of chaos" (chaos engineering). 6. It is necessary to form a clear methodology for a comprehensive assessment of digital maturity and the internal culture of an enterprise's personnel within the framework of introducing flexible management paradigms. 7. A separate applied study is required to design and legislatively substantiate an organizational-economic mechanism for implementing the eco-conversion of internal non-performing tax and fee liabilities of domestic polluting enterprises through targeted promissory notes under asset modernization obligations.
