12 technological modernization of enterprises, and assess their impact on sector performance in the context of European integration. The systematization of the functional components of the conceptual model emphasizes the complex relationship between the external environment, financial support, and innovative development of food industry enterprises. The effectiveness of implementing innovative processes depends on the availability of financial resources, while the performance of the industry is determined by the degree of integration of innovative and financial mechanisms into the system of strategic enterprise development management [2, p. 93]. Based on the research results, a conceptual model of interaction between innovative and financial determinants was developed. This model was used to formulate a system of practical recommendations. The purpose of this system is to increase the competitiveness of food industry enterprises under the conditions of European integration transformations. For enterprises operating in the food industry, accelerating the digital and technological modernization of production processes has become a matter of primary importance. The implementation of ERP, CRM, and MES systems is recommended, as these systems have been proven to improve resource management efficiency, optimize logistics processes, and reduce operational costs. It has also been proven that the digitalization of business operations contributes to increasing enterprise transparency, thereby enhancing their investment attractiveness. An important direction of development is the implementation of energy-efficient and environmentally oriented technologies, including the use of alternative energy sources, reduction of resource consumption, and recycling of production waste. The implementation of these measures is crucial for adapting enterprises to the environmental requirements of the European Union and the provisions of the European Green Deal [5, p. 990]. Of particular importance is the expansion of enterprise participation in international grant and financial programs of the European Union, such as EIT Food, Horizon Europe, and Ukraine Facility. This enables the attraction of financial
