87 The co-author of our article (a pianist) together with students of the National Academy of Music of Ukraine performed Vasyl Barvinsky’s «Trio» and «Sextet» in 2000. In those years, these musical works were rarely performed in the Kyiv area, in Central and Eastern Ukraine. Today, the work of the talented Ukrainian composer should be more carefully studied and more actively popularized among many circles of artists.
