316 When acute nausea and weakness subside, proceed to vertical exercises. Perform them smoothly, without jumping. – Neck warm-up: smooth tilts of the head to the shoulders and forward (do not throw your head back too far). – ―Opening the chest‖: arms to the sides, while inhaling, bring the shoulder blades together, opening the chest, while exhaling – hug yourself by the shoulders (8- 10 times). – Walking in place: 2-3 minutes at a calm pace. Do not raise your knees high. – Soft squats: with support on the back of a chair. Lower yourself shallowly, monitor your breathing - exhale on the rise. (5-8 times). – Leg muscle stretch: lean your hands against a wall, step one foot back on the heel until you feel a slight stretch. Wait 15 seconds.
