11 importance of formulating and forecasting effective strategies for the innovative activities of industrial enterprises [2]. The successful implementation of cutting-edge technologies and solutions requires a systematic approach based on close collaboration among all participants in the innovation process. In the context of constant transformations and challenges of the modern world, the innovation ecosystem takes on particular significance, as it ensures effective interaction and integration among government institutions, research organizations, businesses, and other actors in innovation. It is precisely thanks to such an ecosystem that favorable conditions are created for the development of innovations that meet both the country’s domestic needs and international standards. An analysis of possible scenarios for the innovative development of Ukrainian enterprises is crucial for their adaptation to the dynamic changes in the external environment. Research into promising areas of innovation activity makes it possible to identify key opportunities for enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises (Table 1).
