This tool helps to solve a number of urgent tasks regarding social, environmental and management information for a more effective and qualitative analysis of the internal state of the bank, improve the forecasting of the share of non- performance of loans granted by clients, identification and detection of risks at an early stage of consideration. AI technologies help avoid serious mistakes regarding problem customers, the likelihood of them using banking services, as well as effective supervision and control of the activities of a financial institution. Meanwhile, many changes and transformations are taking place in parallel, both at the national and global levels. After all, in recent years, the financial and technological sector has begun to grow rapidly in the world, significantly influencing the processes related to the provision of financial services. This growing dynamics is closely related to the rapid development of the financial and technological industry, expanding the opportunities and horizons of digitalization, both in Ukraine and on a global scale. The financial sector has not become an exception to the active use of digital technologies due to the growth of demand in remote financial services and intermediation, which is the main trigger for the formation and development of the modern digital economy. The digitalization of the economy is gaining increasing influence and importance in the world due to the development of the electronic information environment and enriching the national economy with the latest, progressive technologies. The main goal of digitalization is to create new sectors of the economy, transform established industries and ways of life into newer directions with the efficient use of available resources [1].
