Thus, the 15 m sprint result in futsal players was 2.65±0.02 s, whereas in non-athletes it was 3.11±0.05 s (p<0.01). A similar tendency was observed in the 30 m sprint — 4.97±0.04 s versus 5.42±0.08 s, respectively (p<0.01). These data indicate a higher level of development of starting acceleration mechanisms and speed mobilization of the neuromuscular apparatus in futsal players. The 10×3 m shuttle run indicators were also significantly better in futsal players (8.65±0.07 s) compared with non-athletes (9.34±0.11 s; p<0.05). This reflects a higher level of coordination stability, ability to rapidly change movement direction, and efficiency of sensorimotor integration, which are characteristic functional features of futsal activity. Particular attention should be paid to the results of special speed endurance tests. In the 104 m and 300 m runs, futsal players significantly outperformed non-athletes (p<0.01–0.001), indicating a higher level of functional readiness of the cardiorespiratory system and efficiency of energy supply during intense muscular activity.
